Crystallization study in Ge-Sb-Se system using thermomechanical analysis
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium krystalizace chalkogenidových skel. Krystalizace kvazi-binárního systému (GeSe2)0,5(Sb2Se3)0,5 byla studována pomocí termomechanické analýzy, rentgenové analýzy a IR mikroskopie. Byl studován vliv použité síly na hodnotu teploty krystalizace a aktivační energie tohoto procesu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with crystallization studies of chalcogenide glasses. Crystallization of quasi-binary system (GeSe2)0,5(Sb2Se3)0,5 was studied using thermomechanical analysis, X-ray analysis and IR microscopy. The impact of applied force on temperature of crystallization and activation energy was tasted.
