Analysis of stocks entering production in company TI Automotive AC s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací zásob od externích dodavatelů vstupujících do výroby. Práce je vypracována konkrétně na podniku TI Automotive AC s.r.o. a skládá se ze dvou částí. První částí je literární přehled, ve kterém jsou formou rešerše zpracovány teoretické podklady spojené s vypracovaným tématem. Pozornost je zejména věnována vysvětlení pojmů logistika, logistické činnosti a oblastem úzce spojeným s daným tématem. Dále je věnována pozornost vysvětlení a popisu potřebných analýz k vypracování praktické části. Druhá část čili vlastní práce je zpracována na základě nastolených teoretických znalostí. Nejprve jsou, za pomoci poskytnutých dat společností a uvedených analýz v teoretické části práce, jednotlivé materiály roztříděny do skupin. Následně jsou u všech materiálů stanoveny objednací množství, pojistné, signální a průměrné zásoby. Získané výsledky jsou porovnány se stávajícími hodnotami společnosti a je vypočtena úspora nového systému řízení zásob. Na konci práce jsou uvedena doporučení podniku do budoucna.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of supplies from external suppliers entering the production. The work is elaborated specifically on TI Automotive AC s.r.o. and consists of two parts. The first part is a review of literature, in which the theoretical background of the thesis is elaborated in form of research. articular attention is paid to explaining the concepts of logistics, logistics activities and areas closely related to the topic. Furthermore, attention is paid to the explanation and description of the necessary analyzes to elaborate the practical part. The second part of the thesis is based on theoretical knowledge. First, using the provided data by the company and the mentioned analyzes in the theoretical part, the materials are divided into groups. Subsequently, the order quantity, emergency, signal and average stock is determined for all materials. The results obtained are compared with the company's existing values and the savings of the new inventory management system are calculated. At the end of the thesis are recommendations for the company for the future.
