Abstract:

Konečný P. Asset Liability Management ve stavební spořitelně. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018. Bakalářská práce se zabývá Asset Liability Managementem ve stavební spořitelně. Teoretická část analyzuje aktuální přístupy řízení aktiv a pasiv ve specifickém prostředí stavebních spořitelen. Popisuje metodiku měření a řízení úrokového rizika a rizika likvidity. V analytické části bakalářské práce je zkonstruována likvidní a úroková gapová analýza na základě dat z vybrané stavební spořitelny. Úrokové riziko je pak hlouběji měřeno metodami BPV a NII a u rizika likvidity jsou kalkulovány regulatorní požadavky LCR a NSFR. Řešení stavební spořitelny je posléze testované úrokovým a likvidním stresovým scénářem.

Abstract:

Konečný P. Asset Liability Management in building society. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. This bachelor thesis deals with Asset Liability Management in the building society. The theoretical part analyses the current approaches of asset and liability management in the specific environment of building society. Thesis describes methodology for measuring and managing interest rate risk and liquidity risk. In the analytical part of the thesis are created interest and liquidity gap analysis from data of the analysed building society. Interest rate risk is then further measured by BPV and NII methods. LCR and NSFR requirements are calculated for measuring liquidity risk. The solution of the building society is subsequently tested by the interest and liquid stress scenarios.
