Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak pečující pracovníci a senioři vnímají spirituální potřeby seniorů ve vybraném Domově pokojného stáří. Teoretická část pojednává o spiritualitě obecně, o spiritualitě ve stáří, dále o změnách přicházejících se stářím a o vnímání spirituálních potřeb ze strany pečujícího personálu. The aim of the thesis was to determine how social workers and seniors perceive the spiritual needs of the elderly in the selected retirement home. The theoretical part deals with spirituality in general, about spirituality in old age, the changes coming to age and perception of spiritual needs by caring staff.
