Cílem diplomové práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda je vhodnější využít jako základ daně výměru (jednotkový základ) či hodnotu (hodnotový základ). The topic of this diploma thesis is the structural elements of land tax. The aim of the diploma thesis is to answer the question whether it is more appropriate to use an acreage (unit basis) or a value (value basis) as a tax base.
