Citizens' advice in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou občanského poradenství a problematikou členství poraden v AOP (Asociace občanských poraden). Toto téma zkoumá z pohledu členských i nečlenských poraden, při hledání odpovědí využívá kvantitativních metod výzkumu. Práce je určena čtenářům z řad odborníků i laické veřejnosti. Mohla by být vodítkem pro poradny, které uvažují o členství v AOP, jelikož zde mohou nalézt nejen teoretické podmínky nutné pro vznik spolupráce s AOP, ale konkrétní názory jiných poraden na toto členství. Taktéž by ji mohla využít AOP, které by mohla přiblížit důvody toho, proč poradny stojící mimo AOP o členství neusilují.

Abstract:

This bachelor?s thesis deals with the issue of the civil counselling and of a counselling centre becoming a member of the AOP (Association of Civil Counselling Centres). It researches this issue from a member?s and non-member?s point of view. It uses qualitative method of research for reaching to conclusions. This thesis is intended for general public and experts as well. It could serve as a guide for counselling centres considering to join the (AOP), as they can find in this thesis theoretic conditions essential to establish a cooperation with the AOP, and specific views on the membership from another counselling centres. It could also be utilised by the AOP in order to clarify reasons of non-member counselling centres not attempting to join the AOP.
