Práce se zaměřuje na studium strukturních vlastností kanonických a nekanonických DNA párů bází. Pochopení struktury nekanonických bázových párů je důležité pro porozumění jejich opravných mechanismů. Analýza byla provedena na párech, které byly získány ze všech experimentálních struktur obsahujících DNA v PDB databázi. Abstract:
This work focuses on the study of the structural properties of canonical and non-canonical DNA base pairs. Understanding non-canonical base pair structure is essential for knowledge of DNA repair mechanisms. Analysis was done on base pairs obtained from experimental structures containing DNA found in the PDB database.
