Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strategiemi vzdělávání žen zmapováním a porozuměním reality během jejich dalšího studia. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje nelehké počátky ženského postavení ve společnosti, rozvoj a zakládaní vzdělávacích institucí pro dívky a ženy od konce 19. st. po současnou dobu. Dále pak představuje stresory, motivace a bariéry, s kterými se vzdělávající dospělé ženy setkávají během samotného vzdělávacího procesu. Tato práce uvádí definice zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti, a vyjmenovává některé rekvalifikační kurzy a standardizované jazykové zkoušky. Praktická část na základě těchto teoretických poznatků představuje realitu žen, jež jsou na rodičovské dovolené či dlouhodobě nezaměstnané a dále se vzdělávají, příp. rekvalifikují nebo zvyšují svou úroveň jazykových znalostí. Tato část zahrnuje dvacet případových studií (několikanásobná případová studie). Jde o kvalitativní výzkum, jehož nástrojem je strukturovaný rozhovor.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with women's education strategies by mapping and understanding reality during their further studying. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the difficult beginnings of women's status in society, the development and establishment of educational institutions for girls and women since the late 19th century to the present period. Furthermore, it presents the stressors, motivations and barriers that adult education women encounter during the learning process itself. This work sets out the definitions of employment and unemployment and lists some retraining courses and standardized language exams. The practical part based on this theoretical knowledge presents the reality of women who are on parental leave or long-term unemployed and further educated, or requalified and they increase their level of language skills. This section includes twenty case studies (multiple case studies). It is a qualitative research. Its instrument is structured conversation.
