Relationships between leaders and instructors in the course of implementation of summer camp

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou sociálních vztahů. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jaká je podoba vztahů mezi vedoucími a instruktory při realizaci letních dětských táborů. Teoretická část zahrnuje tři hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola s názvem komunikace popisuje co je komunikace a jaké jsou její formy. Další kapitola se zabývá vztahy uvnitř malých sociálních skupin a jak se odráží ve vzájemné spolupráci. Poslední kapitolou je volný čas jako prostor k seberealizaci a zde můžeme zjistit co to volný čas je, jaké jsou volnočasové organizace a bližší informace o sdružení Pionýr, protože právě o pionýrských táborech práce dále pojednává. Druhá část je empirická a její náplní je samotný výzkum, který odpovídá na otázku, jaká je podoba vztahů mezi vedoucími a instruktory při realizaci letního dětského tábora. Zjišťuje vztahy od počátku příprav tábora, přes jeho realizaci až do úplného skončení tábora. Výzkum využívá metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

The subject matter of this diploma thesis is the analysis of social relationships. The goal is to determine the resemblance of relationships among the supervisors and instructors during the realization of children summer camps. The theoretic part consists of three main chapters. The first chapter, named 'Communication' defines what the communication is and what forms of it can be found. Following chapter analyzes the internal relationships within the small social groups and how these relationships reflect in mutual cooperation. The last chapter deals with the free time as a space for self-realization, where we can find out what the term free time means, what the free time organizations are and more specific information regarding the association Pionýr (Pioneer), since the thesis further continues by the analysis of pioneer camps exactly. The second part, the empiric one, concerns the study itself. It answers the question of what the mutual resemblance of relationships among the supervisors and instructors during the realization of children summer camps is. It detects how the relationships evolve from the initial camp planning and setup, through its realization to the final point of the end of the camp. The study works with the methods of semi-structured interviews.
