The Burden on Social Services Workers.

Abstract:

Název mé diplomové práce je ?Zátěž u zaměstnanců sociálních služeb.? Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak pracovníci referátu dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi vnímají zátěž ve své profesi a co je zdrojem zátěže. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku zátěže, stresu, pracovní zátěži a pracovní spokojenosti. Další kapitola se zmiňuje o zátěži v souvislosti se sociální práci, o profesi sociálního pracovníka a syndromu vyhoření. Poslední kapitola přibližuje pojem sociální služby, dále zákon o dávkách pomoci v hmotné nouzi, pracovníka pracujícího v této agendě a typy klientů, se kterými může pracovník přijít do kontaktu. V praktické části lze nalézt výsledky výzkumu a jejich zhodnocení. Výzkum byl realizován kvantitativní metodou dotazování a technikou dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The title of my thesis: Burden on social Services Staff. The main aim of this thesis is find out how the social workers in material poverty notice their load and what is the source of their load. The theoretical part describes the issues of load, stress, workload and job satisfaction. The next chapter mentions a load in the context with a social work, about proffesion of social worker and burnout syndrome. The last chapter explains the term social services, the act about benefits in material poverty, employee who works in this agenda and about types of clients, with whom the employee may come into contact. In the practical part can be found results of research and their rating. The research is realized in quantitative approach by questionnaire survey.
