Greek bond crisis

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is the analysis of the impact of the Greek bond crisis on the economies of selected countries and the proposal of recommendations for mitigating its impact on these countries. The first chapter provides a theoretical framework of the debt problem in the field of public finance. The second chapter focuses on the causes of the Greek bond crisis. The next two chapters deal with the analysis of the current crisis development in Greece. The fifth chapter contains the analysis of effects of the crisis on the financial sector and the real economy in selected countries. The sixth chapter presents the comparison of the crisis consequences on these states. At the end of the thesis, there is an examination of the possibilities of reducing the impact of the crisis on selected countries.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je analýza dopadov gréckej dlhopisovej krízy na ekonomiky vybraných krajín a formulácia doporučení, ako zmierniť jej dôsledky na tieto krajiny. V prvej kapitole je uvedený teoretický rámec zadlženia v oblasti verejných financií. Druhá kapitola sa zameriava na príčiny gréckej dlhopisovej krízy. Nasledujúce dve kapitoly sa venujú rozboru súčasného vývoja krízy v Grécku. Piata kapitola obsahuje analýzu dôsledkov krízy na finančný sektor a reálnu ekonomiku vybraných krajín. V šiestej kapitole sa nachádza porovnanie dopadov krízy na tieto štáty. V závere práce sú analyzované možnosti, ako minimalizovať vplyv krízy na vybrané krajiny.
