Diplomová práce „Konsolidace bankovního kapitálu“ se zabývá zejména otázkami úlohy fúzi a akvizicí v bankovní industrii. Ukazuje na dvě základní tendence, které se v oblasti vývoje bankovního kapitálu projevují.
