Manželství versus registrované partnerství v České republice

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá manželstvím, registrovaným partnerstvím a především nejdůležitějšími rozdíly v těchto formách homosexuálních soužití. První část práce vymezuje základní terminologii, vývoj dané problematiky, právní rámec a na závěr přibližuje situaci v některých vybraných zemích. Druhou část práce tvoří komparace pohledů odborné veřejnosti na danou problematiku.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with marriage, registered partnership and especially the most important differences in these forms of homosexual relationships. The first part of the thesis defines the basic terminology, the development of the issue, the legal framework and finally outlines the situation in some selected countries.
