Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivity assessment centra, které je využíváno jako metoda výběru nových pracovníků do podniku. Assessment centrum je založeno na kombinaci více metod hodnocení lidí, více posuzovatelů a více posuzovaných.
