The core of this diploma thesis is the legal issue of consumer protection in arbitration proceedings, in the context of changes brought in by the Amending Act No. 19/2012 Coll. Thesis contains an analysis of the grounds for the amending and a comparison of these grounds with the approved actions. Ťažiskom tejto diplomovej práce je otázka ochrany spotrebiteľa v rozhodcovskom konaní, v kontexte zmien zavedených zákonom č. 19/2012 Sb. Práca zahŕňa analýzu jednotlivých dôvodov, ktoré viedli k novelizácii, a ich následné porovnanie s prijatými opatreniami.
