Dizertace se věnuje konceptualizaci trestných činů z nenávisti v českém, evropském i mezinárodním kontextu. Na základě analýzy právních norem a vzorku téměř sta rozsudků obecných soudů jsou popsány nedostatky vnitrostátní úpravy i aplikační praxe. Abstract:
The dissertation deals with the conceptualization of hate crime in the Czech, European and international contexts. Through the legal analysis and judgment-based analysis of almost 100 cases, it defines the limits of domestic substantive law and legal practice.
