Cílem diplomové práce je nastavení vzorce pro výpočet normohodin procesu balení a lehké montáže společnosti KOMPAN pomocí nástrojů průmyslového inženýrství. Pro tyto účely je nutné provést analýzu procesů a identifikovat typické operace pro daná pracoviště. Tyto typické operace jsou následně měřeny snímkem operace. The aim of the thesis is setting formula for standard hour calculation of the packaging pro-cess and process assembly in the KOMPAN, by using industrial engineering methods.
