Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza poskytovaných služeb v hotelovém provozu a návrh případných doporučení. V teoretické části se budu zabývat pojmem hospitality. Charakterizuji kategorii ubytovacího zařízení - hotel, spolu s tím související Jednotnou klasifikaci ubytovacích zařízení. Objasním organizaci a fungování jednotlivých provozů v hotelu. Dále se zaměřím na historii rozvoje hotelnictví v Rusku. Analytická část nás seznámí s hotelem Malachit a s jeho službami. S pomocí dotazníku jsem sestavil grafy spokojenosti klientů, takže můžeme říci, že analytická část že zaměřena na analýzu a spokojenost klientu hotelu Malachit. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak jsou zákazníci hotelu spokojeni s kvalitou i s množstvím nabízených služeb a zároveň navrhnout vedení hotelu určitá doporučení, které by vedlo ke zlepšení jejich služeb. Závěrem navrhnu doporučení na zlepšení služeb.

Abstract:

The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to analyse operation and quality of services in a hotel and to suggest potential recommendations and solutions of changes. In the theoretical part I am going to explain the term hospitality. I am going to characterize a category of accommodation facility – hotel and its related Standard classification of the accommodation facilities. I am going to set forth organization and functioning of particular hotel operations. In the practical part I am going to focus on operations and work of individual sections in the hotel Malachite, and its services. With the help question mark I have compiled charts, satisfaction of clients, so that the analytical part, we can say that the analysis focused on client satisfaction and hotel Malachite. The aim of my thesis is to determine how customers are satisfied with the quality of the hotel with a lot of services and also suggest a hotel management recommendations that would improve their services.
