Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh optimalizace procesů internetového obchodu. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů elektronického obchodování, procesu a procesního řízení. Bachelor thesis is focused on suggestion to optimization of webshop. The first part is focused on basic notion of internet trading, process and process management. It also contains description of methods and techniques for modeling and defining metrics.
