Problems of accommodation services in the tourist area of "Pálava a LVA"

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit na základě vlastního dotazníkové šetření míru důvěry poskytovatelů ubytovacích služeb v turistické oblasti Pálava a LVA ve stabilitu jejich podnikatelského prostředí. První část definuje roli ubytovacích zařízení v cestovním ruchu a zabývá se jejich charakteristikou a klasifikací. Druhá část vymezuje turistickou oblast Pálava a LVA, následující kapitola je pak zaměřena na metodiku zpracování dotazníkového šetření. Čtvrtá část analyzuje na základě zjištěných dat situaci ubytovatelů dané turistické oblasti. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení a sumarizaci zpracovaných výsledků a posuzuje, nakolik ubytovatelé šetřené oblasti důvěřují v zázemí své podnikatelské činnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess, on the basis of my own questionnaire survey, the degree of trust of accommodation services providers in the tourist area of "Pálava a LVA" in the stability of their business environment. The first part defines the role of accommodation facilities in tourism and deals with their characterization and classification. The second part delimits the area of Pálava a LVA; the following chapter focuses on the methodology of processing the questionnaire survey. The fourth part analyses the situation of accommodation providers in the given area on the basis of the data obtained. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the evaluation and summary of the processed results, and assesses the degree to which the accommodation providers in the researched area trust in the soundness of the economic environment.
