Mistakes and errors in administration of nursing documentation

Abstract:

Práce, kterou jsem si vybrala, popisuje ošetřovatelskou dokumentaci. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit názory sester na ošetřovatelskou dokumentaci a snaha objevení chyb a omylů ve vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace. Teoretická část práce se zabývá z menší části ošetřovatelstvím, historií, jeho vývojem na počátku 21. století a zdravotnickou dokumentací. Převažují teoretické informace o dokumentaci ošetřovatelské, konkrétně jaké existují formy a formuláře ošetřovatelské dokumentace, účel ošetřovatelské dokumentace, osoby oprávněné zaznamenávat do ošetřovatelské dokumentace, používání barev a zásady vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace. Dále práce obsahuje informace o akreditaci a standardech, které jsou důležité pro níže uvedenou praktickou část této práce. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřená na zpracování dat, které jsem získala od respondentů pomocí dotazníku. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru práce.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis has been chosen in order to describe nursing documentation. The main aim of this thesis is to find out opinions of nurses on nursing documentation in general and to detect various mistakes and errors within administration of nursing documentation. A decent part of the theoretical part deals with nursing, history of nursing and nursing at the beginning of the 21st century and medical documentation. Subsequent part includes information focusing nursing documentation, various forms and function of nursing documentation, the purpose of such documentation, then also who is authorised to fill in this nursing documentation, using colours for writing into nursing documentation as well as administration rules for nursing documentation. The last section of the theoretical part is devoted to accreditation and standards important for practical part of this thesis. The research part consists in processing data, which were obtained from respondents by means of a questionnaire. Results and conclusions are summarised in the discussion and conclusion of this thesis.
