Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá Krizovým managementem a metodami rozhodování. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu způsobu fungování firmy. Teoretická část se věnuje krizovému managementu, rozhodování a metodám rozhodování. Praktická část obsahuje popis společnosti XY. Dále obsahuje metodu Monte Carlo a Diagram příčin a následků.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with crisis management and decision-making methods. The work focuses on the analysis of the mode of operation of the company. The theoretical part deals with crisis-ma agement, decision-making and decision-making methods. The practical part con-tains a description of the company XY. It also includes a method of Monte Carlo and the Cause and Effect Diagram.
