Abstract:
Daná práce se zabývá otázkou ochrany spotřebitele na finančních trzích, především tím, jak je v jednotlivých státech organizován mechanizmus řešení vznikajících v dané oblasti sporů. Cílem práce bylo porovnání hlavních orgánů mimosoudního rozhodování spotřebitelských sporů na příkladu dvou zemí, za tímto účelem byly autorem zvolený Česká republika a Ruská federace. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection at financial markets area, mainly with question - how different countries organize the mechanism of conflicts solving in the stated area.
