Negative factors influencing social clime and cohesion class collective at nursery school.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem negativních faktorů ovlivňujících sociální klima a kohezi třídního kolektivu v mateřské škole. Jejím cílem je zjistit, zda a jak se v třídním kolektivu mateřské školy negativní faktory projevují, zjistit, jak pedagogičtí pracovníci v případě výskytu negativních faktorů tyto jevy eliminují a dále se zaměřit na možnosti prevence ze strany pedagogických pracovníků. V teoretické části, která vychází z odborné literatury, jsou osvětlovány pojmy, které úzce souvisí s tématem, a to jaké je pojetí a cíl předškolního vzdělávání, socializací, osobnostně sociálním vývojem dítěte v předškolním věku a učitelem v mateřské škole jako profesionálem. Dále školní třídou ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu, konkrétně pak činiteli, kteří ovlivňují stav třídy, školním klima v mateřské škole, negativními faktory, které ovlivňují stav třídy, jaký dopad negativní klima na zúčastněné má, kdo nebo co se podílí na tvorbě kooperativního klimatu a rovněž kohezí, integrací třídy a kooperativním učením. Poslední kapitola nastiňuje problematiku sociální nerovnosti jako jeden z negativních jevů. Bakalářská práce v praktické části analyzuje výskyt negativních jevů v mateřských školách ve městě Bílina, způsoby ovlivňování negativních faktorů sociální klima a kohezi třídního kolektivu, způsoby eliminování těchto jevů, výskyt sociální nerovnosti, počet dětí pocházejících ze sociálně nerovného prostředí, vyčleňování těchto dětí z kolektivu a způsoby eliminování těchto skutečností. Pro výslednou analýzu byla použita metoda polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s paní učitelkami ze 7 mateřských škol a jejich analýza. Negativní faktory se v mateřských školách vyskytují, vliv na sociální klima a kohezi třídního kolektivu vliv mají, avšak nevyskytují se v takové míře, která by znamenala vážné ohrožení zdravého vývoje dětí i tvorbu kolektivu. Další zjištěné poznatky popisuje empirická část a závěr bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the negative factors affecting climate and social cohesion of the class group in kindergarten. Its aim is to determine whether and how the kindergarten class group exhibit negative factors, determine how teaching staff in the event of negative factors eliminate these phenomena and to focus on the possibility of prevention by teaching staff. In the theoretical part, which is based on the scientific literature, are illuminated concepts that are closely related to the topic, and what is the concept and goal of preschool education, socialization, personality and social development of a child in a preschool teacher in a kindergarten as a professional. Furthermore school class in the educational process, namely the factors that affect the status of the class, school climate in kindergarten, the negative factors that affect the status of the class, negative impact on the climate is concerned, who or what is involved in creating a cooperative climate and also cohesiveness, integration classes and cooperative learning. The last chapter outlines the problems of social inequality as one of the negative phenomena. Bachelor thesis in the practical part analyzes the occurrence of negative phenomena in kindergartens in Bílina, ways of influencing negative factors, social cohesion and climate class community, ways to eliminate these phenomena, the occurrence of social inequality, the number of children from socially unequal environment, exclusion of these children from the collective and ways to eliminate these facts. For the final analysis method was used interviews with schoolmarm from 7 kindergartens and their analysis. Negative factors in kindergartens occur, the impact on the social climate and cohesion of the class group have influence, but do not occur to such an extent that would mean a serious threat to the healthy development of children and the creation of a collective. Other finding describes the empirical part of the thesis and conclusion.
