Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení a motivace zaměstnanců ve firmě Rieter CZ s.r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje úvod do problematiky řízení a motivace, v praktické části je zkoumán aktuální stav problematiky a návrh její optimalizace.
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis is structure of management and motivation of employees in the company Rieter CZ s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis contains theories of management and motivation. The practical part is focused on the investigation of current status of the research and proposal of its optimalisation.
