Abstract:

Obsahem této práce je rozvržení a způsob komunikace Taneční školy z Uherského Brodu pro následující rok. Taneční škola spadá pod neziskovou organizaci a proto je úkolem vypracovat efektivní komunikační plán s omezeným finančním rozpočtem na jeho realizaci. Součástí konceptu je kromě volby komunikačních aktivit, médií a časového rozmezí i grafické zpracování návrhu reklamní kampaně a také loga taneční školy včetně návrhů reklamních předmětů. Analýzy budou využity pro definování předností organizace, jakožto hlavních atributů, na které bude kladen důraz při tvorbě komunikačního plánu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis základních pojmů. Popis organizace a poznatky z teoretické části jsou pak v části praktické aplikovány do konkrétních situací a následně je navržen způsob vyhodnocení efektivity zvolených komunikačních aktivit.

Abstract:

This work focuses on the layout and methods of communication of the Dance school from Uherský Brod for the next year. The dance school comes under a non-profit organization and therefore the task is to work out an effective communication plan with limited financial budget for its implementation. The component of concept is except of the choice of communication activities media also timescale and graphic design processing of proposal of advertising campaigns including logos of the dance school with proposal of promotional items. The analyses will be used to define the organization's strengths, as key attributes, which will be focused on creating a communication plan. The theoretical part is focused on describing the basic concepts. The description of the organization and the theoretical part are applied in the practical part in specific situations and then methods are suggest for evaluating the effectiveness of selected communication activities.
