Cílem diplomové práce je analýza procesu recruitmentu pracovníků pobočkové sítě v Československé obchodní bance. Na základě vyhodnocení efektivnosti dvou náborových projektů realizovaných v průběhu roku 2008 a s přihlédnutím k probíhající transformaci tohoto procesu budou identifikovány klíčové faktory a navrženy možné úpravy při výběru nových zaměstnanců.
