Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá stimulací a motivací zaměstnanců a jejich využití ke zvýšení produktivity práce. Práce je přiblížena z teoretického i praktického hlediska. Teoretická část je zaměřena na studium odborné literatury. Praktická část se zabývá přímo šetřením příslušné organizace na základě dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
This work discrabe stimulation and motivation of epmloyeesand and their use to increase work productivity. The work is approached from a theoretical and practical viewpoints. The theoretical part is focused on the study of professional literature. The practical part deals directly with the survey in the relevant organozation on the basis of a questionnaire survey.
