Cílem mé diplomové práce je poukázat na skutečnost, že ačkoliv je pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla upraveno v České republice samostatným zákonem, je stále si nutné uvědomit že tato právní norma souvisí s velkým množstvím dalších zákonů, zejména v případech, kdy poškozený utrpěl provozem jiného vozidla škodu a žádá její náhradu. The aim of my graduation theses is refer to the fact, that although third party liability insurance in the Czech Republic is regulated by separate law, it is necessary to appreciate, that this law relate to much many of other laws, especially in cases, when the sufferer suffered damage by the operation of other vehicle and he ask its compensation.
