Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhy pro zlepšení výkonu rozhodnutí ve vybraném exekutorském úřadě. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy spojené s exekucemi, milostivým létem a insolvenčním řízením. V praktické části je popsána organizace vybraného exekutorského úřadu, dále analýza a zhodnocení obou akcí s názvem "Milostivé léto" a insolvenčních řízení. The diploma thesis deals with proposals for improving the execution of decisions in the selected executor's office. The basic terms associated with executions, grace periods, and insolvency proceedings are defined in the theoretical part.
