The Project to Increase the Motivation of Employees in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zvyšování motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je zvýšení motivace pracovníků. Teoretická část obsahuje průzkum literárních rešerší z mnoha zdrojů, na jehož základě je poté vytvořena praktická část diplomové práce. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců, a to na základě rozhovorů se zaměstnanci firmy, studia interních dokumentů a dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky této analýzy odhalily nedostatky, a proto byl vytvořen projekt, který by měl přispět k jejich nápravě. Projekt obsahuje aktivity, které mají za cíl zvýšit motivaci zaměstnanců. Těmito aktivitami jsou školení na podporu komunikačních a manažerských dovedností vedoucích pracovníků, zavedení pravidelných meetingů, zavedení teambuildingové akce, zavedení testu motivačních map a návrh motivačního programu. Celý projekt je podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on increasing employee motivation in selected company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to increasing employee motivation. The theoretical part consists on research of literary searches from various sources, on its basis is then created the practical part of the diploma thesis. In the practical part, the analysis of current state is performed by means of survey of interviews with employees of the company, internal documents and questionnaire survey. The results of this analysis revealed some shortcomings and based on that the project is created to remedy them. The project contains activities aimed on increasing employee motivation. These suggested activities are training to support the improvement of communication and managerial skills, implementation of regular meetings, implementation of teambuilding event, implementation of motivational map test and proposal of motivational program. The whole project is subjected to cost, time and risk analysis.
