Abstract:
V mé bakalářské prácí zkoumám nabídku restaurace Ovečka, navrhuji řešení pro zlepšení nabídky a spokojenosti hostů. Bakalařská práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti zákazníků, řízením kvality v oblasti stravovacích služeb a tvorbou nabídky. In my bachelor thesis I examine the offer of the restaurant Ovečka, I propose solutions to improve the menu and guest satisfaction. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of satisfaction customer satisfaction, quality management in food service and menu development.
