Diplomová práce „Motivace a její ovlivnění na výkon zaměstnanců“ shrnuje problematiku motivace a její souvislost s jednotlivými výkony pracovníků. Teoretická část poskytla podklad pro výzkumnou analýzu dotazníkového šetření a rozhovor v praktické části. Je zaměřena na problematiku motivace, odměňování pracovníků, jejich vedení a rozvoj. The thesis "Motivation and its Influence on Employee Performance" summarizes the issue of motivation and its relation with the individual performances of the employees.
