External Relations of the EU - focus on the Relations with African, Caribbean and Pacific Countries (ACP Countries)
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se týká analýzy vztahů EU a afrických, karibských a tichomořských států (tzv. ACP skupina států), důvodů změny těchto vztahů a analýzy současné právní úpravy, Úmluvy z Cotonou. Celá problematika je rozebrána v kontextu WTO a a na pozadí obecné úpravy vnějších vztahů EU.
Abstract:
The dissertation concerns the analysis of the relations of the EU and the African, Caribbean and Pacific states (the ACP group of states), the reasons for change of these relations and the analysis of a current regulation, the Cotonou Agreements. The whole problem is explained in WTO context and on the basis of a general regulation of external relations of the EU.
