Abstract:
Má diplomová práce je teoreticko-výzkumná a zabývá se syndromem vyhoření u pracovníků pracujících v paliativní péči. Teoretická část popisuje syndrom vyhoření obecně ? co tento pojem znamená, jeho příčiny, příznaky, diagnostiku, prevenci, terapii a jaké jsou jeho hlavní důsledky. Tato práce se dále věnuje syndromu vyhoření u zdravotních sester ve spojitosti se vztahy a zátěží na pracovišti. Výzkumná …more

My graduation theses is theoretically exploretional and deals with the burnout syndrome in humans working in palliative care. The theoretical part describes burnout syndrome generally ? what this term means, its causes, symptoms, diagnostics, prevention, therapeutics and what the main consequences of burnout are.
