Abstract:

Tejnor J. (2023). Studie využitelnosti podkroví a řešení konstrukce střechy objektu polyfunkčního domu. (bakalářská práce), Vysoká škola technická a ekonomická v Českých Budějovicích, Ústav technicko – technologický, Česko. Tématem bakalářské práce je Studie využitelnosti podkroví a řešení konstrukce střechy objektu polyfunkčního domu. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout nejoptimálnější variantu využitelnosti podkrovního prostoru a s ní související návrh tvaru zastřešení. Výchozím podkladem byla projektová dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení pro novostavbu zvoleného objektu obsahující náležitosti dle přílohy č.12 vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb v aktuálním znění. V teoretické části této práce byly popsány podklady z odvětví zabývající se střešní konstrukcí, podkrovím a stavbami pro bydlení. Praktická část vychází z poznatků teoretické části a má za cíl seznámení s řešeným objektem, variantními návrhy využitelnosti jeho podkroví a variantními návrhy zastřešení objektu. Optimální využití podkroví a vhodný tvar zastřešení byl stanoven na základě vyhodnocení a posouzení jednotlivých variant. Součástí praktické části bylo zpracování studie využitelnosti podkroví v podobě bookletu.

Tejnor J. (2023). Study of the usability of the attic and the design of the building's roof multifunctional house. (bachelor's thesis), University of Technology and Economics in České Budějovice, Institute of Technology - Technology, Czech Republic. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the study of the usability of the attic and the solution of the construction of the roof of a multi-functional building. The aim of the work was to propose the most optimal variant of the usability of the attic space and the design of the roof shape related to it. The initial basis was the project documentation for the building permit for the new construction of the selected building containing the requirements according to Annex No. 12 of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation in the current version. In the theoretical part of this thesis, documents from the sector dealing with roof construction, attic and buildings for housing were described. The practical part is based on the knowledge of the theoretical part and aims to get familiar with the object being solved, variant proposals for the usability of its attic and variant proposals for the roofing of the object. The optimal use of the attic and the appropriate shape of the roof was determined based on the evaluation and assessment of the individual variants. Part of the practical part was the elaboration of a study of the usability of the attic in the form of a booklet.
