Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce byla zaměřena na popis působení estrogenů na živé organismy ve vodách a jejich analytickém stanovení ve vzorcích povrchových a odpadních vod. Nejprve byla optimalizována chromatografická separace estrogenů se spektrofotometrickou a hmotnostně spektrometrickou detekcí. This thesis deals with the effect of estrogens on living organisms in water and on their analytical determination in the water samples. First, the chromatographic separation of estrogens with the spectrophotometric and mass spectrometric detection was optimized.
