Práce se zabývá změnou přístupu řízení IT projektů od aktuálně využívané tradiční metodiky k vybrané agilní metodice. V teoretické části práce poskytuje přehled vybraných tradičních a agilních metodik využívaných v IT včetně jejich standardů, dále porovnává jejich výhody a nevýhody a současně je srovnává s vodopádovým modelem. The thesis deals with the change in approach for managing IT projects from currently used traditional methodology to selected agile methodology. The theoretical part provides an overview of selected traditional and agile methodologies used in IT, including their standards, then compares their advantages and disadvantages and simultaneously compared with the waterfall model.
