Structure of Firefighters in a Unit of Community Voluntary Fire Brigade and their Release during Intervention

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza struktury hasičů v JSDHO a jejich uvolňování při zásahu. Autor se zaměří na složení výjezdových jednotek, na jejich početní stavy a zaměstnání členů těchto jednotek. Dále rozvede tématiku uvolňování hasičů ze zaměstnání při výjezdu a nastíní možná řešení této problematiky. Pozornost bude věnována i možnostem budoucího vývoje.

Abstract:

The object of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the structure of firefighters in a unit of the community voluntary fire brigade and the way they are released for intervention. The author focuses on the composition of response units, their manpower and the employment of the members of these units. The author also deals with the theme of how the firefighters are released from their employment during fire calls and he outlines possible solutions to this problem. The attention is also paid to the possibilities of future progress.
