Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybrané obchodní společnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat motivaci zaměstnanců vybrané obchodní společnosti a zjistit, které faktory zaměstnance nejvíc stimulují. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is elaborated on the theme of motivation and stimulation of employees in selected companies. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the motivation of employees in selected companies and determine the most stimulating factors.
