V této práci se zabývám praxí používání městských protialkoholových vyhlášek jako opatření proti lidem bez domova. In this thesis I deal with the usage of alcohol banning town ordinances as a measure against the homeless people. By analysis of media articles which are informing about the adoption and working of the ordinances I try to answer the question why towns choose this practice as a solution to problems with homeless people.
