Tato práce se zabývá nepřípustnými ujednáními v obchodních podmínkách. Práce se zaměřuje na způsob právní úpravy po rekodifikaci soukromého práva a změny právní úpravy obchodních podmínek jako nepřímých ujednání smluv oproti právní úpravě předchozí. This thesis deals with unallowed arrangements in business forms. The thesis focuses on the method of the regulation after the recodification of private law and legislative changes of business forms as indirect contract arrangements compared to the previous regulation.
