Motivational factors affecting the performance of work in the social field
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce identifikuje klíčové a jiné faktory, které ovlivňuji motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. V první části práce jsou vypsány základní pojmy spojené s motivací a motivů k práci. Ve výzkumné části definuji motivační faktory zaměstnanců. Na základě získaných informaci jsou v závěru uvedeny návrhy a doporučeni tykající se motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis defines the various factors that influence the motivation of employees in the organization. The first section talks about the basic concepts related to the motivation and job satisfaction, research identifies the motivational factors of employees. Based on the research I recommend improving steps for better motivaton of emoloyees in organisation .
