Diplomová práce se zabývá modernizací evropského soutěžního práva, která proběhla v roce 2004. Změny jsou zhodnoceny z hlediska třech pilířů soutěžního práva, kterými jsou zakázané dohody, zneužití dominantního postavení a spojování soutěžitelů. Abstract:
Thesis is concerning with modernization of the EC Competition Law, which took place in 2004. The EC Competition Law is built on three main pillars –agreements, abuse of dominant position and concentrations. Author describes changes in both the EC Competition Law and Czech Competition law. Afterwards author evaluates influence of EC changes on Czech law and its economic implications.
