Abstract:

Ústecký kraj patří v rámci České republiky dlouhodobě mezi regiony se specifickou sociodemografickou strukturou a nepříznivými ukazateli v oblasti výsledků ve vzdělávání žáků. Snaha o rozvoj inkluzivního přístupu a kvality vzdělávání představuje jednu z nejvýznamnějších výzev v rámci tohoto regionu. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku hodnocení vybraných aspektů podpory inkluzivního přístupu ve vzdělávání z pohledu pedagogů působících na základních školách v Ústeckém kraji. Teoretická východiska práce jsou zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání dětí a žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a vývoj přístupů k jejich vzdělávání a charakteristiku konceptu inkluzivního vzdělávání a podmínek jeho realizace. Pozornost je věnována také problematice strategického a legislativního rámce inkluzivního vzdělávání a v neposlední řadě charakteristice Ústeckého kraje. Empirická část je orientována na prezentaci výsledků kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumného šetření zacíleného na analýzu hodnocení vybraných aspektů inkluzivního vzdělávání a jeho realizace z pohledu pedagogů základních škol Ústeckého kraje. Analýze jsou podrobeny také potřeby pedagogů v oblasti dalšího vzdělávání a profesního rozvoje. Sběr dat byl realizován prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, které je součástí výzkumných aktivit katedry speciální a sociální pedagogiky PF UJEP. Výsledky práce tak mohou přispět k reálným krokům směřujícím k podpoře pedagogů při rozvoji jejich profesních kompetencí ve vztahu k prosazování inkluzivního vzdělávání.

Abstract:

Within the Czech Republic, the Usti Region has long been one of the regions with a specific socio-demographic structure and unfavorable indicators in the area of educational results of pupils. Striving to develop an inclusive approach and the quality of education is one of the most important challenges in the region. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of evaluation of selected aspects of the development of an inclusive approach in education from the perspective of teachers working in primary schools in the Usti Region. The theoretical basis of the work is focused on the issue of education of children and pupils with special educational needs and the development of approaches to their education and the characteristics of the concept of inclusive education and the conditions of its implementation. Attention is also paid to the issue of strategic and legislative framework of inclusive education and, last but not least, to the characteristics of the Ústí Region. The empirical part is focused on the presentation of the results of a quantitatively oriented research survey aimed at analyzing the evaluation of selected aspects of inclusive education and its implementation from the perspective of primary school teachers in the Usti Region. The needs of teachers in the field of further education and professional development are also analyzed. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire survey, which is part of the research activities of the Department of Special and Social Pedagogy, Faculty of Education, J.E.P. University in Usti nad Labem. The results of the work can thus contribute to real steps aimed at supporting teachers in the development of their professional competencies in relation to the promotion of inclusive education.
