Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je ,,Speciální pedagog na trhu práce?. Práce má dvě hlavní části. První, teoreticky orientovaná je zaměřena na shromáždění teoretických východisek sloužících jako podklad pro výzkumnou část práce. Zabývá se tématem profese speciálního pedagoga, jeho předpokládaného uplatnění v praxi a vymezením speciální pedagogiky jako studijního oboru. Druhá část diplomové práce se týká vlastního průzkumného šetření. K naplnění cíle průzkumného šetření jsem zvolila dotazníkovou metodu. Cílem diplomové práce je přinést určitý komplexní pohled na problematiku profesního uplatnění speciálních pedagogů ? absolventů Speciální pedagogiky na PdF OSU ? na trhu práce.

Abstract:

This thesis addresses the position of special pedagogues on the labour market. The work consists of two main parts. The first, theoretically oriented part, presents the theoretical foundations serving as the basis for the subsequent research part of the work. It discusses the profession of a special educator, his/her expected actual employment, as well as the definition of Special Pedagogy as a field of study. The second part of the work comprises the research itself. To reach the research objectives, I chose the questionnaire method. The aim of the thesis is to offer a comprehensive overview of the issues of professional employability of special pedagogues ? graduates in Special Pedagogy at the Pedagogical Faculty of the University of Ostrava ? in the labour market.
