Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými aspekty životního stylu, konkrétněji stravováním a pohybovou aktivitou u všeobecných sester pracujících na standardních odděleních, odděleních ARO/JIP a na nově vzniklých covidových jednotkách v době aktuální epidemiologické situace v České republice. Teoretická část předkládá dohledané a dostupné teoretické poznatky o rizikových faktorech životního stylu, jednotlivých složkách výživy, typech a možnostech pohybové aktivity a jejím významu pro zdraví, dále zásady správného cvičení a doporučení pro stravování všeobecných sester. Empirická část předkládá výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jaké jsou stravovací a pohybové návyky všeobecných sester a následně popsat, jak tyto návyky souvisejí s jejich věkem, délkou praxe a typem pracoviště. Výsledky popisují složení stravy, množství a druh přijatých tekutin v průběhu denní a noční směny a pravidelnost ve stravování u všeobecných sester. Také u sester hodnotí BMI ve vztahu k jejich tělesné hmotnosti a tělesné výšce a ukazují, jakou pohybovou aktivitu sestry vykonávají ve svém volném čase, a které překážky jim případně brání pravidelný pohyb dodržovat.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with selected aspects of lifestyle, more specifically diet and physical activity in general nurses working in standard units, ARO/ICU departments and newly established covid units during the current epidemiological situation in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part presents researched and available theoretical knowledge about risk factors of lifestyle, individual components of nutrition, types and possibilities of physical activity, its importance for health, as well as the principles of proper exercise and recommendations about diet for general nurses. The empirical part presents the results of a questionnaire survey, the aim of which was to find out what are the eating and exercise habits of general nurses and then describe how these habits are related to their age, length of practice and type of workplace. The results describe the composition of the diet, the amount and type of fluids ingested during the day and night shift, and the regularity of diet in general nurses. Also in nurses, they evaluate BMI in relation to their body weight and height and show what physical activity the nurses perform in their free time, and which obstacles prevent them from observing regular exercise.
