Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou majetkových práv státu z hlediska jejich vykonavatelů. Nejprve je popsáno postavení a funkce státu jako subjektu svého druhu v systému veřejné správy. First it describes the position and the function of the state as an entity of its kind in property relations.
