Cílem diplomové práce „Daňové dopady zaměstnaneckých benefitů“ je zhodnocení systému zaměstnaneckých výhod. Na základě výsledků jsou poté stanovena doporučení pro danou společnost. The aim of the diploma thesis "Tax implications of employee benefits" is to evaluate the system of employee benefits. Based on the results, recommendations are then established for the analysed company. The theoretical part of the work describes the tax implications of specific employee benefits.
