Anotace:

Abstract Modern entrepreneurs are increasingly turning their attention to market provision of services in catering. Standard of living in our country is gradually increasing, which has enabled an increasing number of citizens do not scrimp on food, and pay for this service to professionals. Many businessmen, office workers, managers, etc. prefer to save their time every day eating at the restaurant. So the idea to open restaurant is a good way to start a business. This business plan is considering opening a restaurant, designed for a wide range of visitors, from middle and upper social classes. It’s planned to open a restaurant with democratic capacity- 70 seats. The basis of the service will be mixed cuisine. This business plan includes opening a restaurant offering the following services: - Preparation and sale of breakfasts, lunches and dinners; - Preparation and sale of food through the servers of the special menu; - Preparation and organization of corporate parties. Currently, the demand for catering services in the whole country is quite high.
